«When the divine Spirit speaks, heaven and earth fall silent to hear his word,
because this word is a seed that fertilizes them.»
Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov
A spiritual heritage
Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov gave a spiritual teaching between 1937, the year he came to live in France, and 1985. This teaching sheds light on all areas of life.
Starting in 1970, his lectures (about 5000, stenographed or recorded on audio and video tapes) began to be published in book form by the PROSVETA Editions
It was legally created on July 15, 1986, Pour Aider au Développement et au Maintien de l’Enseignement (To Assist in the Development and Maintenance of the Teaching)
The Foundation is not concerned with generating revenue, increasing sales, or seeking profits. The Foundation’s purpose is to enable anyone wishing to know themselves better and to lead their life more effectively to access the spiritual teachings of the Universal White Brotherhood, as transmitted by Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov.
It aims to promote the development and preservation of this teaching in all its dimensions and on every continent, by supporting outreach initiatives and using the most appropriate means to achieve this.
The PADME Foundation qualifies as international in several ways :
▪ Its four founders were of English, Canadian, French and Swiss origin.
▪ The Swiss-based administration currently manages aid activities on 5 continents.
The administration
The Foundation Board meets regularly at the administrative headquarters to process mail and examine requests for help and grants. It contacts the managers of the Prosveta Publishing or their representatives in each country, in order to support international distribution. He also sets up contracts for translators of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov work, organizes information meetings, writes activity reports, etc. Finally, one person manages the accounting and the relations with the Swiss Confederation supervisory boy for foundations.
Each participant in the Foundation’s work is a volunteer and is responsible for all personal expenses inherent to his or her activity (travel, accommodation, etc.)
The Consultative Assembly
Once a year, the Foundation Council invites the key individuals responsible for publishing and distributing the works of Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov in their respective countries to a Consultative Assembly. It is held in the various countries that agree to host it.
It is called “consultative” because all participants are consulted.
It consists of:
▪ Sharing testimonials,
▪ Reviewing the support provided,
▪ Summarizing the dissemination activities planned for the following year,
▪ Promoting and coordinating support between countries,
▪ Assessing the Foundation’s financial status and the use of funds,
▪ Identifying new means of dissemination.
Financial organization
The PADME International Foundation is a non-profit association recognized by the Swiss Confederation. Its only source of revenue is donations from private individuals.
It responds to the needs presented to it to the extent of the means offered by donors. It is only after examination of the files submitted that it grants aid/assistance in accordance with its statutes.
All financial movements are recorded, and all of the Foundation's revenue is reported to the federal government. Thanks to its international status, the Foundation is imposed in a very modest way. Each year, the accounts are presented to a trustee approved by the Swiss Confederation. Then, a report accompanied by an activity report is sent to the Federal Department of Home Affairs in Bern.

Who can help with diffusion?
The dissemination of Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov's work in the world is the result of the work of people touched by his teaching. Sometimes, the chance of meetings or circumstances inspires happy initiatives.
Thus, on the occasion of trips, contacts were established with a person in charge of a library in Madura (India)... with a pearl merchant on the island of Bali... with a prison guard in Georgia (former USSR)... with a person in charge of an NGO working in Africa... with a Japanese prenatal education center, etc.
Development of the diffusion in the world
Dissemination where "Universal White Brotherhood" associations exist.
One-time assistance, which most often consists of book donations to public libraries.
Diffusion still difficult to this day, because of the barrier of language and ideology specific to certain countries
